Pharmacy First was launched by the government and NHS England on January 1st 2024, and over 95% of pharmacies have signed up to the initiative.
It gives patients quick and accessible care to be seen for seven common conditions at their local pharmacy, without the need for a GP appointment or prescription.
The following table shows the 7 conditions pharmacists can manage across various age ranges.
